Asking Price:

Sales Revenue:
€35,386
Cash Flow:
On request

Established Greek olive-oil soap manufacturing opportunity with family heritage dating back to 1951, offered as a complete asset and business transfer.

The package centres on an integrated Italian soap finishing, refining, forming and packaging line installed in Koropi, Attica. It processes pre-manufactured olive-oil soap noodles through pre-refining, mixing, secondary refining, extrusion, cutting, stamping, wrapping, labelling and palletisation. It is not a saponification plant producing soap base directly from oils and caustic soda.

The line is built primarily around heavy-duty Meccaniche Moderne machinery, with additional equipment from Mazzoni, G.D./Seragnoli and TECHNOCOM. The package includes more than 200 heavy bronze soap moulds and stamping tools, spare parts, format components and approximately 120 production crates.

Under current conditions, the owner and two family assistants have demonstrated approximately 300 kg of finished and packaged soap in an eight-hour shift. The plodder/extruder has a stated equipment-stage rated capacity of up to approximately 2,000 kg per hour; this is not the currently demonstrated end-to-end output. Expansion potential exists through additional staff, working capital, marketing and upgraded electrical supply.

The indicative asking price is EUR 130,000, subject to final inventory, transaction scope and technical inspection. Depending on the agreed scope, the package may also include the brand and digital assets, production recipes, operating know-how, supplier introductions and customer relationships.

The line is installed in an approximately 200 sq m leased facility. Continued operation at the current location is subject to landlord approval and a new or continued lease; the production line is also relocatable.

The owner can provide paid transition, training and technical support for up to 24 months. Confidential information will be shared only with qualified parties during due diligence and under a confidentiality agreement.

A complete transfer is the primary objective. Alternative operating structures may be considered privately with qualified parties, subject to legal, commercial and platform requirements.
