3 sure-fire ways to boost website traffic without spending a dime

With the average American spending a staggering 11 hours a day on digital media and 20 minutes per day on Facebook alone, the internet is a marketing channel you simply cannot ignore.

#1 Promote Other Businesses & Websites

As the great Zig Ziglar said: “You can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.” While the idea may seem a little naive, promoting other people’s websites or brand can indeed reap karmic dividends by creating fresh sources of traffic.

Let’s say you own a fitness clothing company and want greater exposure to gym goers. Simply feature on your website an article listing the top personal trainers in your local area, then let those personal trainers know how you’ve given them some free marketing.
