The resort is located at the entrance of the bay of Agia Marina Aegina.
It consists of five plots covering a total area of 68.200 square metres . Starting on the two plots are located the buildings, separated by a local road.
The main building with five floors (5, 230 square metres) and below are the bungalows area with a snack bar and pool (66 units-3, 560 square metres). These two plots are linked by a tunnel that passes beneath the road. The third property is contiguous to the main building, and the fourth with a holiday home and a pool is contiguous to the bungalow area. The above four plots have an area of 50, 000 square metres. The fifth plot is situated about 100 metres further and has an area of 10.000 square metres.
